Aspen Grove Shopping Center, Littleton
Friday, October 28, 4–7 p.m.
Kick off your Halloween weekend with a night of mystery and magic at Aspen Grove this Friday. This free event begins at 4 p.m. with trick-or-treating around the stores of this fur-friendly shopping center. Once you’ve collected your goodies, stroll through the Mystikal Market to find curious, extraordinary, phenomenal, and uncommon goods crafted by local vendors. End your evening at The Halloween Extravaganza in the BARBOX Garden with a DJ, Boo-Bingo, roaming sideshow acts, food, yard games, crafts, and a bouncy house.
Cherry Creek Shopping Center, Denver
Saturday, October 29, 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
Spooky shenanigans not your style? Perhaps your market mutt would prefer a costume-free day of supporting local creators. The pupular Cherry Creek Makers Market is hosting a Fall Holiday Market this weekend that should do the trick! Grab your shopping sidekick and browse the many vendors offering gifts, fall decor, treats, and more.
Number Thirty Eight, Denver
Saturday, Oct 29 10 a.m.; Registration required
Snackin’ on Snickers all weekend sounds awesome, but may we suggest something a bit more active for your BFF who loves to run? How about a Halloween-themed dash that starts and ends at Number Thirty Eight taproom and event space. Come for the run, stay for the free Wibby Brewing beer at the finish line, live music, food, giveaways, costume contest, and trick-or-treating for the kiddos (kids 12 and under run for free).

Saturday, October 29, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.; Tickets required
Grab the whole pack for this family-friendly outdoor festival celebrating all things community in the NW Denver Berkeley neighborhood. Point your paws towards Tennyson Street between 41st and 43rd Streets for a variety of activities including live music from The Copper Children, local vendors and artisans, a pet parade and costume contest, and street wide trick-or-treating. Your ticket includes two free beverages; pet costume parade is an additional fee.
McGregor Square, Denver
Saturday, October 29, 5–9 p.m.
For the ulti-mutt Halloween experience, bring the whole fam to McGregor Square for a full city block of activities, live music, and a hunt for candy. Upon arrival you’ll receive a candy bag and map that shows activities and candy stations all throughout McGregor Square. From 5–7 p.m. enjoy face painting, caricature drawings, games, and live music. At 7 p.m., grab a seat in the plaza or on the lawn for a special showing of Hocus Pocus. Registration is not required, but suggested to receive helpful details prior to the event.
Dailey Park, Denver
Sunday, October 30, 2–5 p.m.
Calling all bat-dogs, witch-woofers, and pirate-pups—here’s your moment to shine! Put together your best costume and strike a pose at this twist on the traditional costume contest. Grab a spot now to receive complimentary professional photos of your pet in costume, then those pics will be judged for the costume contest to win custom gift baskets from Luke & Company and Boop!
