Through perseverance, anything is possible. This was proven by a stray dog in Brazil whose goal was to find a caring home that would accept all the love he has to offer. His willpower allowed himself to capture the hearts of employees in a car dealership, who had no choice but to take him in.
Before getting adopted, the poor pup faced a terrible ordeal out in the streets. His future was uncertain, not knowing where and when he’d be getting his next meal. The pup was lonely and didn’t have anyone to rely on. But this all changed when he started visiting a car dealership store every day.
The stray dog knew this was his only shot at getting noticed, so he grabbed the opportunity and sat by the store for as long as he could. Every day, he would greet the people going to the store, capturing the staff’s attention. It was apparent that he was marking the store as his territory, and he had no plans on leaving. Although he still wasn’t finding the home he deserved, he knew he was getting close to it day by day.
When a storm ravaged the town, the stray had nowhere to run to but the store. Thankfully, the staff was generous enough to let him stay inside so he could warm up. Besides, the pup stayed long enough outside the store that they’ve grown to love him!
But the store’s manager, Emerson Mariano, took it even further and decided to adopt the stray as the store’s dog! Emerson couldn’t fathom the idea of leaving the poor pup to brave the storm outside.
Aside from getting a loving home and a family, the stray also landed a job at the car dealership store. He even has a shiny badge to show off his status as a full-time employee!
The stray also got a new name called Tucson Prime and has a dedicated Instagram page (@tucson_prime) where you can see his paw-some stories with his fellow employees at the car dealership store.
Tucson Prime’s story is a reminder that no matter how hard life can get, we can always find a glimmer of hope somewhere if we actively look for it.
