Things to Do Near Minneapolis This Weekend
Linden Hills Business District, Minneapolis
Saturday, September 10, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
This community event is inviting people and their pooches out to celebrate all things peace, love, and pups! Known as the best doggone dog fest in the Twin Cities, Woofstock has something for everypuppy. Floofs gonna ruv the shopping, live music, doggy specific programming, food trucks, local artisans, pet demos, and the dog fashion show. You can even learn about local animal nonprofits in attendance. This pup party is a must-doo!

Saturday-Sunday, September 10-11, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Bring your pupsqueak out to Wayzata for a weekend made just for woofers! Once pup sees the itinerary, she’ll be pouncing off the couch and beggin’ to go. You and your furry BFF can visit the puppy kissing booth, get a caricature masterpiece, pass the patio manner training session, meet the Wayzata K9 officer dog, enjoy a few hot dogs, and watch the Dachshund race and costume contest. Things to Do Near St. Paul This Weekend
Saint Croix Vineyards, Stillwater
Saturday-Sunday, September 10-11, 12–5 p.m.
Got a lil’ wino on your hands? Take pupper out to the Saint Croix Vineyards this weekend for some grape stomping and wine sipping. Enjoy live music on their lively dog-friendly patio, take a tour of the vineyard, and put your name in the hat for a chance to participate in the grape stomp competition. Bonus: Thor’s Hard Cider is located at the same farm and will be serving up hard cider all weekend too, so don’t furget your MSP Brewery Pass!
Saint Paul Brewing, St. Paul
Sunday, September 11, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
Another day, another market! Good thing pup ruvs ‘em. Bring her out to this Sunday’s monthly Makers Market at Saint Paul Brewing where she can get her paws on handmade goods by the artisans set up on the patio while you get your hands on an ice-cold brew. Win-win! Oh and don’t furget to grab a stone-fired pizza—they’re too delish to miss. Enjoy a free beer with our MSP Brewery Pass (if you don’t have one yet, get one!)

Sunday, September 11, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.; registration for parade walking
Everypuppy knows PAWS on Grand is somethin’ to howl about. This parade of furry frens celebrates all things pets. Come for the nonprofit rescue groups stationed along the avenue, stay for the weiner dog races, pet marketplace, and canine cuteness. Wanna walk in the parade? Be sure to register in advance ($25/person). The fee includes a goodie bag and PAWS on Grand tee for you, and a 75% donation to a rescue group of your choice.
