Things to Do in Minneapolis This Weekend
Sociable Cider Werks, Minneapolis
Saturday, June 18, 2–10 p.m.
Get your paws over to Northeast Minneapolis to hang out at Sociable Cider’s Backyard Boombox event this Saturday. They’ve put together quite the stacked lineup of Minneapolis DJs, including special guest and surging producers Cafe Disko from San Diego, CA. Pounce over to boogie to some groovy house/disco party tunes while enjoying some lip-smacking ciders and seltzers.
West River Parkway and Mississippi Riverfront, Minneapolis
Saturday, June 18, 10 a.m.–7 p.m. & Sunday, June 19, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
This annual fest is a furbulous way to kick off summer in the Twin Cities. Pup’s gonna be droolin’ over the Stone Arch Bridge’s 200+ artists, tasty treatos from local food trucks, cold bevvies, and a car show. Make sure to bring some of your dolla bills with because there’s three specialty markets featuring local photography, painting, jewelry, sculpture, woodworking, ceramics, printmaking, glass and fine crafts. After all the shopping, jam out to one of the many live music shows. Your insta-puppy’s gonna want that cityscape selfie, too!

An untimed fun-run, a free craft brew from Forgotten Star Brew Co., a collector’s pint glass or seasonal swag item, a chance to win sweet door prizes, AND access to all the event festivities? Thor’s Hard Cider, Stillwater

Suns out, tongues out! Thor’s Hard Cider is raising the woof this Saturday to raise money and awareness for our frens over at Secondhand Hounds. Bring your pupper to the apple orchard to enjoy a pawesome afternoon filled with adoptable pups from Secondhand Hounds, an outdoor market featuring pet-loving small businesses, a DIY selfie spot for the pawfect selfie, and doggie pools to stay cool. They’ve got hard cider for hoomans and water bowls for furry attendees, too. Don’t furget to bring your MSP Dog-Friendly Brewery Pass for a free pint!
