On St. Paddy’s Day, all that glitters pawsitively can be gold (and green of course). We all know Fido wants to chase some leprechauns after being cooped up at home all winter, so we sniffed out St. Patrick’s Day Twin Cities events where you and pup can shake your shamrocks!
St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Sociable Cider Werks
If pup’s trying to ring in St. Patrick’s Day with some green in her glass, head over to Sociable Cider Werks on March 17th from 2–11 p.m. Throw on the green sweater you’ve been itching to rock and enjoy a glass of their very first Green Matcha cider (made in partnership with NE Tea House)! Pupper can try her luck with the FREE meat and shenanigans raffle and tap her paw to the beats of Machinery Hill from 8-10 p.m. More info here.
St. Patrick Swayze’s Day at Bauhaus Brew Labs
Bauhaus Brew Labs is forgoing the green beer to pay homage to their most favorite Patrick of all: the legendary Patrick Swayze. On March 17th from 4–10 p.m., enjoy a few brews, get your paws on a commemorative St. Patrick Swayze tee, enjoy a brat from Gerhard’s on the patio, and take in some cinematic action with the Swazemeister’s best films on the big screen. St. Patrick’s Day Party at OMNI Brewing Co.
Be a part of the start of a new tradition at OMNI Brewing Co. with their 1st annual St. Patrick’s Day Party on March 19th from 11 a.m.–11 p.m. Bring your bud to the taproom to enjoy live Irish music from The Inland Seas and The Northerly Gales, bites from Smashed Potatoes & More, and of course a pint of green beer! St. Patrick’s Day Weekend at Number 12 Cider
Number 12 Cider is celebrating St. Paddy’s Day by throwing a pawty all weekend. From March 17th at 1 p.m. through March 19th at 11 p.m., they’ll be pouring their new green cider release, Blarney, for only $6, so get it while you can! Plus, on Friday and Saturday, the taproom will be filled with the sounds of live tunes by Irish Diplomacy and Wailing Loons. Floofs will need to stay on the patio, but there are fire pits to stay toasty. More info here.
St. Patrick’s Day at The Howe Daily Kitchen & Bar
The Howe’s year-round, dog-friendly, heated and covered pawtio will be welcoming emerald-clad canines to celebrate the Irish on March 17th starting at 11 a.m. And if your doggo’s a deal-chaser, look no further! They’re also offering deals on draft Guinness and Sociable Matcha cider, cocktails, and corned beef and cabbage. Cheers to saving some green. More info here.
St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Pub 819
Similar to The Howe, Pub 819 is also paying tribute to St. Patrick by celebrating all day long with some tasty treats and sips starting at 11 a.m. As if their dog menu and 50 local, regional, and imported whiskeys weren’t enough, they’re also serving up Irish Coffee slushies and green Mich Goldens.
