There are pets with strange habits. These habits are often fun to witness. Others are so rare that one is left amazed by seeing them. These habits are what makes a pet unique, and what they do is always entertaining to watch.
A dog named Kate has a unique and fun habit. When it’s bedtime, she does not like to go to sleep right away. Not everyone does unless they had a really long day.
There are rituals that people do, like taking a shower before going to bed. For others, they have a bedtime skincare routine. They are just things that one needs to do before they lay down and rest. As for Kate, the dog, she has a habit of her own.
She loves her bed so much that she would take her time before lying down on it. First, she would dig her bed. Yes, dig. Or at least that’s what it looks like.
Kate would only rest for a little while. She would then do it again after a couple of seconds. She turns around in our bed and, after turning, should start digging also.
That’s how she prepares for bed before she goes to sleep. Trying to dig her bed is the equivalent of fluffing a pillow. That is how she makes sure that she gets her bed in just the right position for Kate to get a good night’s rest.
Her family watches in amusement as she almost destroys her bed because of all her digging. They don’t stop her, though, as they know this is what makes her comfortable. Kate does this every time, and she never ceases to amuse her family.
They can get a little worried that she might break her bed. They are grateful that it hasn’t happened yet. They are also delighted to know that Kate knows what makes her comfortable.
